My life turned interesting again. I have some key information to share with the 6/1 commission regarding previous connections with Bernard Kerik and Rudy Guiliani. Kerik the former Police Commissioner of NYC under Guiliani went to prison for 8 felonies. He was pardoned by Trump.

Last week it became known that he was the money-man to finance the insurrection.

I met him at 911 and later discovered that he became ‘consulting’ partners with Guiliani.

The background:

Prior to becoming permanently disabled from searching the World Trade Center, I was the Rescue Chief of the most experienced rescue team, in the world. The WTC was the 892nd collapsed building that I had searched at over 100 major disasters throughout the world. When the WTC attack happened I was contacted by Fox TV NYC within 10 minutes asking when I was arriving. Within 1/2 hour I received an offer to fly me to NYC in a private jet. Congresswoman Wilson and a US Air Force General arranged for me to fly to NYC when all flights in North America were grounded. Within a few hours, I was flying into NYC with a fighter jet escort.

After landing my team went immediately to Ground Zero. I worked with the NYPD and the NYFD. My background included both a police officer who did undercover work into organized crime and a Fire Capt with the National Fire Dept of Peru.

The owner of the private jet came with us. I had not known of his sinister character prior to flying to NYC. His name was Thompson Lang. He had inherited $120 million dollars and several businesses when he was 17 years old. One of the businesses was the Albuquerque Journal Newspaper. With his sudden wealth, he immediately quit university and became a debauched character; exceeding Donald Trump in his narcissism.

Lang immediately demanded that I give him a fake ARTI rescue team ID so that he could accompany the team into areas forbidden to the press. He wanted a worldwide media exclusive. His character was so ‘over the top’ sinister that one of his 3 bodyguards got into a fistfight with one of my disgusted NYC team members. Lang’s face turned scarlet red with anger when I told him that he should go to Hell….that I wouldn’t care if he was the richest and most powerful man in the world I was not going to succumb to his threats or demands. He left in a fearsome rage and flew back to New Mexico.

I went to work. At one point Police Commissioner Kerik came to me with his videographer and made an over-the-top scene of thanking me for coming to NYC and helping his city. I had been regularly seen on hundreds of TV specials and news programs saving lives at major disasters all over the world. Every major network had broadcast me on a regular basis. Kerik wanted some positive publicity. The videographer filmed the entire 5 minutes of shaking hands and ‘gratitude. It was excessive.

I forgot about it and proceeded to search the entire building complex all the way to the flooded subways 1 1/2 miles under the twisted and broken rubble. I did this entire search 4 times until I was completely satisfied that no one was left buried alive.I became very ill.

By Sept 27,2001, I was hospitalized and put on life support at the ICU. I began a journey that resulted in 95 Doctors and medical specialists keeping me alive. This resulted in 7,000 pages of medical documentation.

When Thompson Lang learned of my illness and complete helplessness it was a year later. His immediate reaction was REVENGE ….a front-page story of how I was faking illness to receive compensation only reserved for ‘real heroes’. His first attack included a photo-shopped picture of me with a huge black penis sticking out of my pants. The shock almost killed me.

As part of my defense, against Lang. I wanted to get a copy of the Bernard Kerik video. Kerik had since left his position as Guiliani’s Police Commissioner. I tried to locate him as I would have with my police investigative background. I finally tracked him down and called the phone number that I was given. A secretary answered the phone announcing: “Guiliani and Kerik.” I was surprised and asked what kind of business they were doing. I was told that they ‘consulted’. I was mainly surprised because most NYPD police officers were disgusted by Guiliani. When we were risking our lives at Ground Zero. Guiliani was having a debauched party. Guiliani had a security detail arranged by the NYPD. They knew everything about Guiliani’s actions because they had to ‘stick’ with him’. I was told by the NYPD security detail that Guiliani as ‘America’s Mayor’ had been loaned a penthouse located near Ground Zero. The idea was for him to be close to the rubble to give TV interviews.

Guiliani was getting drunk with a Penthouse full of prostitutes while we were risking our lives. NYPD Police officers and I were disgusted.Shortly after this secretary’s revelation, a huge scandal broke out. Kerik was being vetted to be a high-level national security head. During that vetting process, Kerik’s criminal past was exposed. He plead guilty to 8 felonies.Giuliani was not mentioned because there was no trial. Guiliani was protected by Kerick. Kerik went to prison.

Later, Kerik’s silence paid off, Trump pardoned Kerik at the request of Guiliani. I never heard of Kerik again until his involvement with Guiliani, John Eastman (Trump’s lawyer trying to over through the US Government ), and Steve Bannon at the Williard Hotel, Washington. Bernard Kerick was mentioned in the news as the man who delivered the money to these 3 insurrectionists to finance the over through of the US Government.

As a former police officer, finally, It all made sense: 1) Why Guiliani and Kerik were consulting partners, 2) Why Kerik plead guilty, 3) Why Trump pardoned him, 4) Why Kerik was the ‘trusted’ money man to bring the money to finance the insurrection and Trump over through of democracy. Just as a mobster,in the mafia, Kerik went to prison and kept his mouth shut. He never did a plea deal.

I have no problem swearing to all of these details under penalty of perjury, in a courtroom or Congressional Investigation.
