The FEMA and Dade County Organizations at site do NOT have a clue how to complete this rescue. They have already prohibited any experienced rescue teams from site.

You notice that they have no cranes with ‘chokers’ to safely remove slabs, no compressors with jack hammers to gain entry points and make choke holds, no cutting torches to cut exposed rebar, no staging area established for rubble removal, no lines of ‘laborers’ to pass buckets of small debris hand to hand on site, they have no equipment to ‘melt’ concrete slabs without causing vibration, no equipment to locate dead bodies, no equipment to locate live victims other than ‘silly’ cameras, no command center post in the rubble….etc etc etc……It is so sad.

Most of them are standing around doing nothing because they don’t know what to do.

Watch the video and you will clearly understand that they have no actual experience at collapsed building rescue.

Why? and how could that be?

I will explain and am prepared to be an expert witness in subsequent law suits. My first hand experience with Dade County Forida FD goes back 36 years: In 1986, at the El Salvador Earthquake Chief Doug Jewitt Dade County FD offered me a permanent job with a cash bonus of $5,000.00 to help them smuggle in prohibited weapons to the El Salvador Death Squads. I refused.

In 1988 Chief Doug Jewitt was drunk at a public meeting. He went on the stage and told the audience: ” We don’t bother to risk our lives to save people buried alive because they are all ‘vegetables anyway.'” My team member, Caroline Hebard, witnessed Jewitt being rushed off the stage. Subsequently, he was demoted to the lowest rank (the union would not let him be fired.) because he gave out the secret that Dade County Florida FD would never ‘rescue’ anybody at foreign disasters.

They went to foreign disasters under a contract with the US Dept of Defense to use disasters as a military and intelligence opportunity due to the stricken country being in chaos.

Senator Christopher Dodd of Connecticut had me registered to testify before the Congress of the USA concerning this matter. Much to my regret I succumbed to pressure, changed my mind and didn’t testify.

Fairfax County FD (the county where the CIA Headquarters, Langley, VA.) is located took over the ‘rescue’ contract under the control and direction of the CIA. I have hundreds of first hand detailed experiences of the suffering and deaths caused by Fairfax County FD, at foreign disasters. The last time I witnessed them was at a collapsed school, Mexico City, 2019.

Both FEMA and Dade County are jointly in charge, at the Miami site. They have prohibited experienced rescue teams from coming to site and they are in a dilemma because they simply do not know how to actually rescue people at collapsed buildings. They just can’t pack up and leave, after the press are gone and leave the bodies buried…like they have done for many years.

I do not expect any live or even intact bodies to be removed. I expect ‘recovery’ to be accomplished by bulldozers/backhoes It is NOT pretty but it has been a long time for the evil past of these people to catch up to them. I do hope that the ‘real’ firefighters of Dade County FD step up and try to do the best that they can. I believe there are still live victims. Any other US city the local FD would save them. I will testify in court.
