Gentlemen:

Please let me make it clear that the primary purpose of my Maintenance/Janitorial/Operating Room Purifier and ICU Unit Disinfecting Device is NOT for Patient Medical Treatment. Medical treatment is an auxiliary capability.

The primary purpose is to remove airborne toxins, destroy all bacteria-fungus and viruses. This has practical application in any confined enclosure where a janitorial staff member could detoxify operating theatre equipment, ICU Units, toxic environments, the contaminated ventilation systems and cabins of airplanes and cruise ships, factories, refineries etc. Essentially: to purify contaminated air that would otherwise make people sick.

The primary purpose of my mobile-belt clip purifying device was for my own personal protection during Covid and other exposures. My 911 injuries continue to make me extremely vulnerable.

Understand at 911, I crawled a search path 1 1/2 miles in distance from the surface of the rubble through a ‘toxic-hell-on-earth’. My entire respiratory system became burned/scarred/infected/poisoned and filled-impregnated with fragment particles of steel/glass/concrete, oil, soot and burned ‘everything’; including, incinerated corpses. A video of my blood under a microscope attracted the entire staff of a New Mexico Hospital with alarming scenes. I posted this video on my youtube channel. Only 19% of my blood cells were not mutated. Microscopic particles of stainless steel would flash on the screen. My blood was like a human garbage dump. I cannot go to India without my portable device to protect me. I would otherwise quickly die.

Five years ago, I created a more primitive portable-wearable device that allowed me to go into environments that would have caused me, without my portable device, via allergic reactions, to go into life-threatening convulsions. Many times direct medical intervention was required to prevent my immediate death via respiratory failure followed by cardiac arrest. On 4 occasions my MDs saved me with less than 1-5 minutes to survive. Routinely, I literally ran away from otherwise normal common exposures to save my life. That primitive device gave me freedom and radically changed my life. This Ag+ ion emitter/O3 device that I have now upgraded will protect my vulnerable respiratory system from a covid death. It still removes all airborne toxins and kills all bacteria and fungus but has the added ability to effectively/practically kill viruses.

Let me explain:Before my 911/World Trade Center injuries, my daily routine life was a ‘nightmarish living hell’. I was constantly working at major disasters, throughout the world.

During 1999, I actually spent more time sitting in an airplane seat than I spent at home. I went from one major disaster to another, sometimes without returning home between disasters. To protect myself and my team from constant medical threats and continuous ‘exposure’ to major disaster side effects; such as routine exposure to many thousands of decomposing bodies and accompanying rats and insects, many times in tropical and jungle scenarios

I developed protocols and technologies for myself and my team. These protocols helped to keep us alive and saving lives.My cotton clothing would literally ‘rot’ or decompose into crumbling sometimes ‘gooey’ fibres on my body. Fungus and other skin infections were never-ending.

During the multi major disaster (floods, landslide, rock-slide collapsed buildings) in Venezuela (1999) I established a team protocol to simultaneously decontaminate our uniforms/clothing and disinfect/prevent /cure various skin diseases and infections.Every night our rescue team would spend 15 minutes to stabilize ourselves.

Everyone would get into a disposable TYVEC (Paper asbestos abatement outfit) suit taped off at the neck. I would use a manifold adapter with 15 hoses to connect the TYVEC suits to an inline O3 plasma generator connected to an O2 Generator. The O3 pressurized suits would decontaminate our clothing/uniforms; destroy all jungle fungus, skin disease bacterial infections, and prevent any skin lesions from infection.

As a side note, I started wearing nylon bathing suits instead of cotton underwear because the cotton (plant material) would literally rot on my body causing serious skin infections-wounds.

As a kindness, we treated Venezuelan Military Officers attached to us and this was followed by treating hundreds of children who had various types of skin disease and flood-jungle types of common infections.The net effect of this daily treatment/protocol was to keep us alive and functioning in the harshest of unhealthy environments. Our clothing was disinfected and didn’t crumble into dust, our skin was healthy and we felt a general healthful ‘boost’ resulting from pure O2 and O3 entering into our bloodstreams via the skin membrane of our body.

Regarding silver and silver cloth as anti-microbial, anti-viral, and immune system ‘booster-facilitator for rapid immunological assistance: I have been involved in using energized, breathable, silver-impregnated cloth bandages-filters to assist the immune system by allowing the damaged cells caused by a fungus, bacteria and most notably severe burns to effectively heal; since the The 1990s.

The Ag+ ions emitted from the bandage allow the damaged cells to receive reparative O2 without the human immune cells being overwhelmed by further exposure to bacteria-fungus. The human reparative immune cells can FOCUS exclusively on repairing the damage to the wound without concern/pre-occupation for further infection exposure. The immune system was allowed to heal the wound without being under constant threat from further infection. The Ag+ions protected these immunological working/reparative cells.

All of my 44 inventions have a common theme: in the the sense that, they all are practical-effective solutions to the problems that I have encountered in trying to save lives at major disasters without becoming a victim myself.

I propose to have the appropriate health authorities/laboratories/ministries certify the efficacy of these technologies to kill covid and black fungus outside of the body. I will assist in any analytical efficacy certification at their discretion. This should be followed by the direct medical emergency application to save the lives of otherwise ‘doomed’ patients.

My whole life has been dedicated to these humanitarian efforts. I am deeply and heartfelt grateful for any assistance to stop this pandemic and mitigate this otherwise never-ending calamity.

Update: May 31, 2021. An email text to NS Govt Officials, today:

Dear guys:

Things have gotten very much worse in India; however, this nightmare makes the use of my technology ever more compelling.
 Let me explain: You will find on the news that the surviving Indian covid patients, with severely weakened immune systems are now unilaterally besieged with a worse nightmare. Black fungus is spreading to these patients throughout the hospitals. The only method the hospitals are aware of to fight against this fungus is to surgically remove the body parts that have become fungally impregnated.
My machine/technology (as I told you before was used to kill all the fungus in the walls and structural beams of my home.). The insurance company had arranged for 3 contractors to bid to have the fungus removed, at the Insurance Company expense. I paid $500 for electronic parts…used my machine and the laboratory test results showed that all the fungus had become ‘dead’. This saved the $175,000.00 cost of fungal abatement using conventional methodology.) What I didn’t tell you is that it can kill fungus in your body too.

Specifically, If a patient had black fungus in his foot, the only medical procedure/protocol currently being applied would be to amputate the foot. 

My solution: If we took a plastic bag (with a plastic nipple/air transfer valve on the surface), placed the foot inside and taped it shut around the shin, the enclosed bag would be filled with pressurized ‘output air’ from my machine. The fungus would be killed without any negative side effects to the patient of any kind. I have done this before to cure an infection in my knee. I did require knee surgery to repair torn meniscus; however, post operation, I taped a pressurized bag around my knee and ‘cured’ the infection. 

On tv, I saw the best friend of a surviving covid patient explain how his friend had his eye and jaw surgically removed to stop the black fungus from killing him/via entry to the brain.

Obviously, this machine has many practical applications….other than merely killing the covid virus.

Why?Brief Update: The NS Government Agency Innovacorp is funding the certification-study-bureaucratic-adoption of my 6-technology mobile and janitorial devices to destroy Broad Spectrum virus-bacteria-fungus-airborne toxins devices.

The Canadian Government has NOT yet reached the point of understanding that this pandemic has become a major disaster requiring a crisis-critical non-bureaucratic response. An unacceptable, to me, number of people will suffer and die while we wait for appropriate ACTION from Inexperienced Public Health Bureaucrats and politicians.

When? I have the ICU, Hospital Ward, Operating Room, Factory, School device ready. I am finalizing the construction of at least 3 portable-mobile units for myself. I am expecting that this will take another month to complete. I will bet my life on my technology again, as I have many times before.I, also, will use this time to contact Indian Government Officials who are grateful for my saving lives and preventing an outbreak of the plague in Gujarat.

Reference: The front-page reports of my previous humanitarian life-saving work, in Gujarat, on the front page of ‘The Times of India’ (10 million copies per day published), The Mumbai Daily News, The article in India’s premier business publication ‘Business and Economy Magazine’. I plan to contact the Indian Ambassador to Canada, The Indian Ambassador to the United Nations, The Maharao and others.

Premise: This pandemic will continue in India throughout generations. Vaccines are only partly effective until the virus mutates to make the vaccines diminish in efficacy until they are useless. My machine will kill the virus without any side effects. (Period!)

My objective: To save lives. I will put my own life on the line. (as I always have at major disasters.). I will go and save lives, kill the virus and look to partner with an Indian Manufacturer. I will license my machine, to them, with NO profit to myself. Part of my licensing agreement will be to provide thousands of devices to first responder/ICU Units at no cost. The manufacturer can make their profit from selling to wealthy individuals and corporations.

I need to make arrangements for the care of my dog, my home and my personal life.I am NOT motivated by self-interest. I am NOT a hero. I am a man who knows the difference between ‘right and wrong’ and tries to act accordingly. I don’t consider myself to be a hero for doing what I should be doing.Practical

Reality: I live on a meager government pension. I gave up personal wealth, to save lives. I worked as an unpaid volunteer most of my adult life. I need an airline to donate my flight and good people to help reduce my costs. I will, also, need 2 or 3 appropriate volunteers, in India, to come with me to the ICU and most virus-infected places.

Why: The equipment is too bulky-heavy, for me to carry by myself and I will teach them how to decontaminate people; so that we can work the devices 24 hours per day.I can see clearly, as the most experienced and successful rescuer/disaster mitigation expert, my next mission.

Good News for mitigating pandemics: My device that removes toxins and destroys bacteria, viruses, and fungus of all types is ready for production/licensing.

Part A: The ICU Unit, Operating Room, Factory Unit.

This week, I spent multiple hours with Government Officials discussing the details of operation, functionality and viability of licensing/manufacture with a previously funded facility with excess production capacity.

This device is the cumulation of 25 years of my research/prototype production/improving the 4 types of technologies incorporated in this practical, multi-purpose unit.

Today, it is ready to go to an ICU Hospital Ward to sterilize the First Responders, their ppe, the Hospital Ward and the patients. In other words: ‘complete and total sterilization’.This device uses technologies that are harmless to humans but deadly to lower forms of life and toxicity elimination.

Now, it is a matter of numbers: An Independent Lab will test toxicity count/composition, virus count, bacteria count, and fungal count prior to the utilization of my machine; following with an expected 0 count Lab Report post-implementation of my machine.

Although, the device is ready for practical use by Janitors/First Responders now; I plan to improve the AG+ emitter array system by creating a 3-dimensional, self-propelled circuit board.

Most importantly, for me, this device is now ready to sterilize the contaminated interior ventilation areas of Operating Theatres (which are currently contaminated because the universally used liquid contact cleaners do not sterilize the interior components of operating room equipment). This will improve surgical survivability dramatically. Surgical/Septic infection will be virtually stopped.

This device is able to sterilize Congress, Parliament, Amazon Warehouses, meatpacking plants, airplanes, cruise ships, manufacturing plants, bar/restaurants, and any other meeting places. and any human activity that places us in contact with toxic chemicals, virus, bacteria or fungus now has a practical/functional solution to keep us safe.

I can adjust the technology to operate on a timer and/or be automatic. No problem.

This multi-purposeful/functional particular device is housed in a large shop-vac vacuum cleaner. The contaminated air enters the device. It is purified and the air/gases that are ‘blown-out/emitted contain an array of trillions of purifying ions as well as other neutralizing molecules. The emitted air sterilizes upon contact.

Part B: The Armband Unit for Personal Safe Zone (No Virus, Toxins or Bacteria) of 5 ft While Mobile.

Mobile Unit: Due to my 911 injuries, life-threatening allergic reactions, For 3 years, I have been using a portable device that creates a 3 ft safe aura around me as I walk through the streets. This ‘works against the virus too. I wear it on an armband. It saved my life and changed my world. I am upgrading the Armband /Mobile Unit to destroy the Covid 19 Virus/ generate 100 x more AG+ ions than the space station/watt + The circuit board will have dual functionality one side of the board will destroy bacteria and remove airborne toxins and the other side of the board will destroy the virus. This development will enable me to reduce the size/weight of the armband unit to 1/3 of my previous device and yet be vastly more efficient/effective.

I plan to license these devices to manufacturers/markets around the world. I have a 50-year history of making/creating/building electronic devices that are ‘unique’ and ‘work’/functionally effective

Relevant developmental personal background of Doug Copp:

1. Age 19, I was selected by the EIC (Engineering Institute of Canada) to work at a German Think Tank/Research Institute/ NASA partner (DFVLR-Deutsches Forchungs and Versuchsanstalt fur Luft und Raumfahrt-Oberfaffenhofen.). I worked on the design and constructed an electronic trigger for a laser satellite. I had NATO/ INTERPOL Security Clearance and worked in a restricted/guarded Compound with 175 PhD’s and myself.
2. I created the only device in the world which locates ‘dead bodies’. I have used this at many mass murder/genocide sites, Swiss Air Crash, Collapsed buildings, in many countries.
3. I created a device that can precisely locate live victims trapped inside of a large collapsed complex, in a few minutes. I used this in many countries at most of the 100 plus major disasters that I worked, as the rescue chief/disaster mitigation/management director of the world’s most experienced team.
4. I was severely injured at the World Trade Center. I had an unprecedented amount of toxins found in my body (Enough lead for 510 people to be legally declared ‘lead poisoned’ in NYC. The descriptive list of toxins found in my body was 35 pages long. Some toxins were discovered to be 5,000 x the ‘normal safe limit’. I had 47 simultaneous medical problems. I have almost 7,000 pages of medical documentation from 95 MD’s and Medical Specialists. I used some of the technology, in my ‘current device to remove/particulate out the toxins from my fatty tissue/fat/bloodstream.
5. I used some of the technology to create a portable/armband device that would create an aura of 3 ft around my body, to prevent me from having severe and life-threatening allergic responses. Many times, MDs used medical intervention to prevent my immediate death from respiratory failure and cardiac arrest. This portable device changed my life. It allowed me to go into areas with exposures that would have previously caused my death within 3 minutes.
6. I had a house fire with plastic toxins, in the air. It was necessary for me to sleep, in my driveway/motor-home for 6 months. The exposure to ‘my home’ for only a few seconds would immediately send me into life-threatening convulsions. I created a device that purified my home and all of its contents. Surprisingly, it created an immunological paradise’ for my health problems. Every breath that I took helped to remove toxins from my body. It removed all the toxins from my body and it; also, allowed my immune system to focus on ‘curing’ my illness; rather than, be consumed by protecting my vulnerable respiratory system from bacteria, fungus, toxins, and viruses.
7. My roof blew off in a storm. The walls of my home became filled with black mold. I created another device to destroy all the fungus without demolition of the walls.
8. My sailboat in Louisiana has been neglected; since the pandemic prevented my travel. After 13 months of neglect, the Marina Maintenance checked on my boat. They were shocked to see that it was in pristine condition. This swamp area has 100% of the boats; with fungus, cockroaches or termites. All except mine. I have a device using some of my technology to keep my boat sterilized.
9. All the technologies have combined together, using molecular attraction and electron charges to destroy fungus, bacteria, viruses and eliminate all airborne toxins, from all sources. This is done without any harmful effects on humans. On the contrary, it has saved my life, cured my illnesses and allowed me to be non-allergenic.
