This post is taken from my comments in response to 2 previous postings. Some people suggested that Climate Change requires ‘Balance’. I responded that Climate Change requires ‘reality’. Permanent Climate Change has already occurred ( in thousands of ways/examples); however, the world is still salvageable. Permanent Climate Destruction has started. We cannot ‘return’, to our previous world; however we can stop the destruction. Climate Change destruction cannot be stopped and ‘turned around’ like a motorcycle. It can only be stopped like a Cruise Ship. Climate Destruction can very slowly stop if we make great efforts, with the seriousness and universal effort of winning WWII. If NOT, then we will be doomed to live the existence, of the people, shown in this TV Broadcast.
First.you must watch the TV broadcast because anything that I could say is inadequate to how it is presented in the broadcast.

Secondly about balance. Some things, in life, are NOT balanced. Gravity is NOT balanced. Laws of Nature like cliumate change are NOT balanced. For all the billions of dollars that the greedy cigarette companies spent to tell you that cigarette smoking was actually ‘good for you’, then it was ‘unproven’ , then it ..finally moved offshore ..where they could actively develop more addicts, pay-off officials and wreck havoc upon people…throughout this whole process….there never actually was a ‘balance’.
Cigarette Smoking, like climate change is profitable for ‘criminal elements’- (profit before humanity); however, it is morally and ethically indefensible and just plain wrong.
Thirdly, Man’s reaction has very simple, yet effective solutions.; such as, recognizing that cigarette smoking causes more harm, to everyone than the maximized profit, for certain individuals is worth.
The battle has shifted. Money has paid groups like ‘the sceptics’ (see the Frontline report) who are among the most unethical people, in the world. They work under contract with people like the Koch Brothers, to discredit people and concepts which limit profit. To them it is JUST BUSINESS. I saw the leader of this group unabashedly discribing their services. They organize ‘experts’, conferences, political pressure and the internet …for a fee..to maximise the profit of their clients…at the expense of everyone else.
Balance is for riding a bicycle NOT for fighting a war against companies that give free cigarettes to children in third world countries and/or people who ‘confuse’ basic laws of nature like climate change….to ‘ride out’ the temporary profit curve.
A PHD Biologist, son of a friend of mine; is one of the leading experts on ‘reef life’ He estimates that the oceans will be completely dead by 2030. ‘Soylent Green’, when the oceans die. The planet is not far behind.
Permanent climate change is already here. It is only a matter of how much damage will be done; before a ‘slow stop of permanent damage is possible. Some people ‘got it’ about cigarette smoking before their body became riddled with cancer and they died. Some didn’t. They died.
The USA is so lucky that a ‘turn around’ has started against the wealth and influence of ‘the greedy little piggies’ like the Koch Brothers and the people they hire to do their dirty work. Personally, I believe that actual serious actions won’t take place until the mid west has turned into a permanent desert, and Wall Street has 3 more Hurricanes. You won’t need to wait long.
I have been in many places where climate change disasters have ‘pounded the people into the dirt’. They get it all. There are no dissenters. There are NO people calling for ‘balance’ . There are only desperate people who are trying to stay alive..blow after blow after blow. Listen to them because this is your future.
There won’t be any talk about ‘money’, ‘profits’ or the like there will only be a VERY HARSH reality.
Among the hundreds of ‘little gems’ I could write a book about is this ‘little one’:
In 20 years Saudi Arabia, in an incredible irony of life, will be completely uninhabitable. They already use refrigeration to cool their swimming pools, their surrounding waters are already too hot for most life to live and their modern buildings are ‘solar ovens’ cooled by electricity.
In Saudi Arabia, soon, there will be frequent temperatures of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. People’s blood vessels will burst, in their brains. They die. I believe this permanent damage aspect, cannot be stopped. However, I do believe that the USA will be able to stop at least half of it’s population from dieing; however, it will NOT be a pleasant existence.
The Shores of the ‘New Canadian Northern Coastline’ will be a settlement area for a great part of the American population. Canada does not have the ability to stop a mass migration, of desperate people, trying to survive. This will offer a temporary solution but it has many problems; such as, skin cancer.
Scientists are NOT being too alarming. Scientists are among the MOST CONSERVATIVE people, in the world. They usually ‘get it’ after everyone else. I believe that the most likely scenario is an acceleration of climate change that cannot be stopped or changed’ until the world has already partially collapsed.
I remember a friend of my Grandad who smoked all his life. I heard my grand parents talking, after visiting him in the hospital. He had an operation to remove part of his lungs. He smuggled cigarettes into the Hospital. The DR told him that he would be dead in 6 months; if he didn’t stop smoking. He didn’t. He was dead in 6 months.
Again, you need to watch the video. It’s Broadcast title was Future Storm. It takes part in 2050. It takes you around the world, in 2050, to see the ‘routine nightmare’ that we created.
By the way, my record of mitigating the major disasters of the world was assisted by my nature: a practical, functional realist who looks for practical solutions and sees things as they actually are..not as I would like them to be. ‘It is what it is.”
So, the above is NOT written as a crazy radical, with an agenda. I am sick and dieing from my injuries caused by crawling inside of my 896th collapsed building, the World Trade Center, as an UNPAID VOLUNTEER.
I have no agenda other than my responsibility, to my conscience, to do the best I can, to help people and make the world a better place.
I do NOT expect to be benefiting from anything I say. As with my ‘triangle of life’ efforts, to save school children’s lives; ‘the same gang’ of corporate profiteers will attack me, again. I will be discredited, defamed, slandered and abused. I am responsible, to me, and my conscience, for my actions. I am NOT responsible for other people’s actions.
I will be ‘lucky’ because I will be dead. I can only pray for God’s Mercy, for the rest of humanity.
