Update on the Venezuelan Earthquake: RATS! Dog Saves little boy

Update on the Venezuelan Earthquake: The 4 year old boy was saved by being protected by his dog from RATS eating him.

1) This disaster will continue for 20 plus years of negative effects.

2) All Government ‘rescue teams’ (I have worked with as many as 58 at a single disaster) are composed of:
a) a rescue chief/commander in charge of rescue.
b) a ‘spy’/intelligence officer for clandestine activities sometimes of a nefarious intent. Murders/assassinations of all kinds soar because the coroner, police and bureaucracy are over whelmed with dead and cannot investigate a single dead body.
c) Some teams; such as, the Russians have ‘political colonels’ too.

3) Disasters are considered to be military/intelligence operations. Sometimes the teams only do ‘nasty’ stuff but most teams actually try to save lives and reduce suffering. Some DO NOT DO GOOD THINGS.

4) The Venezuelan Earthquake, for me, is a continuation of my previous disaster mitigation work, in Venezuela in which I treated several hundred children, for skin disease with one of my inventions with the collaboration of the Venezuelan Army, the scientists at their nuclear facility and President Chavez and his wife. I taught Venezuelan teams how to save lives, in earthquakes and to prevent errors resulting in their own deaths.

5) The ARTI-Venezuelan teams that are at work have been taught by me what to do and how to do it.

6) The record for saving lives of victims buried alive in collapsed buildings is 1 1/2 months (in a collapsed Korean supermarket.).

7) Today: The little 4 year old boy was saved/protected by his dog in many ways. The inside of a collapsed building is full of many horrors. It is a different world….unfamiliar to the imagination/experience of most of humanity. RATS..giant rats gorging on dead bodies.
In 1985, inside of a collapsed school in Mexico City. The children were all squashed to 1/2 inch thick except for the 6 children who survived by being in the aisle next to their desk instead of being squashed under it (more profitable for US Insurance Companies if the children die immediately; rather than survive and require processing and compensation.)._

A huge rat was eating the face off the young classroom.teacher. It looked up to me in defiance, covered in blood. That scenario ended instantly. My wrath was unrestrained.
Of the 892 collapsed buildings that I crawled inside of, I prayed every time before I entered asking GOD to help me save lives. If I was going to die then so be it. I never asked for any consideration for myself.
My fear was not being crushed (3 times I was inside during aftershocks that caused further collapse on top of me. It was like a million volts surging thru my body.) I was never afraid of my being crushed to death. I was really afraid of my arms being pinned so that rats would eat my face and I could not stop them.

His Marines, Army, and Air Force have taken over the Venezuelan Airports and Air Force facilities. FEMA is on the scene from Fairfax County, Virginia. Venezuela has been conquered like the ‘Trojan Horse’ scheme which conquered the City of Troy, in Greek Mythology.

Do you think that Trump’s humanitarian, kind, loving and compassionate nature will convince him to help the Venezuelan people? or will Venezuela be plundered under the premise of humanitarian benevolence.

I tried to learn: I am responsible for 'what I do' and for 'what I do NOT do'. I am responsible for 'MY actions'. I am not responsible for what other people do. I discovered: that people never regret 'doing the right thing'. They only regret 'doing the wrong thing'. A life devoid of 'something worth dying for', is a life, 'not worth living'.
